Together

A map of what your team knows, and where coverage is dangerously thin.

Together runs lightweight knowledge self-assessments across areas you define. Everyone rates themselves in minutes; the results roll up into a coverage map that shows where the team is strong and where one resignation or vacation would hurt.

Setting up an assessment

Create an assessment for a project and define its knowledge areas: the systems, domains and skills that matter (for example: payments code, deployment pipeline, key customer domain). Areas are free-form; pick the ones whose loss would actually hurt.

Phases

An assessment runs in phases, typically project start and project end, or a recurring cadence. Open a phase to collect ratings, close it to freeze the result. Multiple phases show how coverage evolves over time.

Collecting ratings

Share a link or QR code; participants rate their own knowledge per area in a couple of minutes, no account required. The QR code makes it practical to run live in a room at a kickoff or retro.

Reading the results

Per area you get average, median, minimum and maximum, banded into low, medium and high coverage. The pattern to hunt for is an area where one person is the only high rating. That is a bus-factor risk wearing a friendly face.

Acting on thin coverage

Low-coverage areas are the input for pairing plans, documentation pushes and onboarding focus. Re-run a phase after the intervention to verify the map actually changed.

Rolling several assessments into one

For a programme or a whole department, a master assessment combines several sub-assessments into a single view. The same person's ratings are matched across sessions so you see one row per participant (with their overall average and per-area scores) instead of the same name repeated. While any contributing round is still anonymous, names are masked to 'Participant N'.

Exporting results

The statistics table and the Participants tab each have an Export CSV button. The participants export has one row per person and knowledge area, with a column per phase and the average, ready for a spreadsheet or an HR system.
