Common questions
How does the 30-day trial work?
Every new workspace starts with a full 30-day trial: all modules, all features, no card required. When it ends you pick a plan, and everything you set up stays in place.
Is pricing per user or flat?
Flat. Each plan costs the same however many users you are, as long as you stay inside its limits. The per-user figures on the cards are just the price divided by the head count, for comparing us with per-user tools.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect once the period you already paid for runs out, and nothing is deleted: features outside the new plan lock until you upgrade again.
What counts as an AI action?
One AI-generated result, such as a stakeholder report, a retro draft or a change request. Connecting integrations and syncing data never consume AI actions.
Is there an enterprise plan?
Yes. For larger organizations we offer custom limits, invoicing and security review. Write to hello@firebeam.eu and we will set something up.
