Refund Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Firebeam comes with a free trial so you can decide before you pay. Because of that, payments are not refunded. This page explains what that means.
1. No refunds
All payments are final. We do not refund subscriptions, renewals, upgrades or partly used billing periods.
2. Try it free first
New workspaces start with a free trial, so you can test Firebeam on your own projects before you pay anything. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time on the billing page. Cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Downgrades also take effect at the end of the current period.
4. Billing mistakes
If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period or after you cancelled, email support@firebeam.eu and we will correct it. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.
5. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where that law requires a refund, you will get one. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
