Novedades

Las notas de versión se publican en inglés.

Octubre de 2026

Nuevo

A clear refund policy

The new Refunds page (linked in the footer) explains how payments work: try Firebeam free first, payments are not refunded, and if you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Nuevo

Choose how notifications reach you, including push

Settings → Notifications now lists every notification Firebeam sends. Everything still shows in the bell, and you choose which ones also come as a push notification on your devices or by email. Alert rules always reach you; to stop one, change or remove the rule.

Nuevo

Feature wishlist: tell us what to build next

Open Wishlist in the menu to request a feature in your own words and vote for the ones your team wants most. Similar requests from different teams are grouped into one feature every day, so the list stays short and every vote counts.

Mejorado

Connect Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor with one click

AI assistants no longer need a pasted API key. Add Firebeam as a custom connector with the URL from Company settings, click Connect, and approve it in Firebeam. For Cursor and VS Code, a new key now comes with an install button that sets everything up for you.

Nuevo

Invite other teams to Firebeam

Paying customers, and workspaces that joined through an invite, now get two invite links of their own to share with other teams. Find them under Invites in the menu; once both are used, you can ask for two more. If a team you invited becomes a customer, we say thank you with extra capacity on your plan.

Mejorado

One date picker everywhere, and milestones in a dialog

Every date field now uses the same calendar: month and weekday names in your language, dates shown in your workspace date format, and full keyboard support (arrow keys, Page Up/Down, Escape). Creating a milestone in Promise now opens a dialog instead of expanding the page.

Mejorado

Sharper report PDFs and animated slide charts

Stakemaster PDFs and slide decks got a design pass: numbered sections, value labels on every chart, page numbers and a footer on every page, and real tables in the one-page summary. Bold text inside a sentence now prints as bold instead of showing asterisks. On slides, chart bars now build in one after another when the slide opens.

Nuevo

Stakemaster reports as PowerPoint and Keynote slides

Besides PDF, you can now download a Stakemaster report as a slide deck: a title slide plus one slide per section, with its chart alongside. The .pptx file opens in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides, and everything on the slides stays editable. A new Export button next to Send gets you any of the formats in one click.

Corregido

Cycle-time trend no longer claims "improving" without data to compare

The FlowLens cycle-time chart compares the last four weeks with the four before. When only one of those periods has finished work, the chart now shows no improving/worsening label instead of defaulting to "improving".

Corregido

Help center matches the website in dark mode

When you browse the help center without signing in, its cards and illustrations now use the same navy dark theme as the rest of the website.

Septiembre de 2026

Nuevo

Alerts, reports and digests in Microsoft Teams

Teams now works everywhere Slack does: alerts, Stakemaster reports (sent now or on a schedule) and the channel digest can post to a Teams channel. Connect Microsoft Teams under Integrations and pick a channel from the list. If your organisation blocks connecting apps, you can paste a Teams Workflow webhook URL instead.

Corregido

Fewer “reconnect” warnings for Jira, Linear, GitLab, Bitbucket and Azure DevOps

Connections could drop out and ask to be reconnected even though nothing had changed. Firebeam now renews access far less often and handles a short outage at the provider without asking you to reconnect.

Nuevo

AI on EU servers by default

Firebeam’s AI features now run on EU-hosted models by default, so your data is processed inside the EU and GDPR can be applied. Admins can switch to models outside the EU under Settings if GDPR is not a requirement for them.

Nuevo

Investment balance: where did the quarter go

FlowLens now shows how finished work splits into roadmap, bugs, tech debt and unplanned work, month by month, plus the mix of what is still open. Every ticket is sorted once, from its type, labels and title, and an admin can add a monthly cost per person to see roughly what each category costs.

Nuevo

Team pulse

Start a pulse on a project from the Retro page: three quick questions every week or two, answered anonymously from the dashboard. Averages appear once three people have answered a round, and the trend sits next to your retros.

Nuevo

Firebeam in Claude, Cursor and other AI assistants

Admins can create an API key under Company settings and connect Firebeam as an MCP server. Your assistant can then read forecasts, scope health, blocked work, alerts and tickets, never change anything, and it uses none of your Firebeam AI actions.

Nuevo

Saved views in FlowLens

Save a combination of FlowLens filters under a name and get back to it in one click. Keep a view for yourself or share it with the whole workspace.

Nuevo

Ask Firebeam from the toolbox, and an alert history

Ask Firebeam now sits in the toolbox on the dashboard, the portfolio and assignments, and on the Ask page the toolbox lists your last ten questions to run again. A new Alerts page shows every alert you have access to, with filters by module and a "Show more" for older ones; the bell links to it.

Mejorado

Broken connections are flagged, everywhere

Any integration whose sign-in stops working now switches to "needs attention" and asks you to reconnect, instead of looking connected while nothing syncs. UserLens now reads your backlog from every connected tracker, GitLab and Bitbucket included, and the Together statistics and participant scores export to CSV.

Mejorado

Personal alerts and your own read status

Project managers can now set up alerts just for themselves, one rule can watch several projects at once (each alerts on its own, with the project name), and alerts can come to you as a Slack direct message, matched to your Slack account by email. Admins keep managing the company-wide rules. Marking an alert read now only clears it for you, and you only see alerts about projects you have access to.

Corregido

Clearer alert delivery

Alert rules can now deliver to the notification bell only, which is what the built-in rules do, instead of showing as Slack with no channel. Testing your rules now says where each alert was posted, or why it could not be.

Nuevo

Reports at sprint end or when velocity drops

Stakemaster schedules can now fire on events, not just the calendar: when a sprint closes in Jira or Azure DevOps, or when the team finishes clearly fewer items than its recent average (at most once a week).

Nuevo

Self-managed GitLab and token connections

Connect a self-managed GitLab, or GitLab and Bitbucket without OAuth, by pasting an access token. UserLens "Add to backlog" now creates issues in GitLab and Bitbucket too.

Mejorado

CSV export on more tables

Aging work in progress, the team breakdown and forecast accuracy now export to CSV alongside the portfolio, and the feature-usage export handles commas and quotes in names correctly.

Corregido

SLA and WIP-limit alerts fire again

Alerts for SLA breaches and exceeded WIP limits now read the same numbers FlowLens shows, whatever your tracker calls its statuses. Before, they could stay silent.

Corregido

Expired Jira connections now say so

When Jira stopped accepting a workspace’s sign-in, the integration kept showing “Connected” while nothing synced. It now switches to an error state and prompts you to reconnect.

Nuevo

Ask Firebeam

Ask a question about your projects in plain language — which project needs you first, what is blocking work, what to tell stakeholders this week — and get an answer drawn only from your own workspace: forecasts, scope health, blocked and stalled work, signals and retro actions. Each question uses one AI action, and answers only ever cover the projects you can see.

Corregido

Scheduled stakeholder reports now run

Stakeholder reports set to run on a schedule were saved but never generated. They now run at the time you chose, in your timezone, and are delivered to the channels on the schedule.

Nuevo

Connect GitLab and Bitbucket

GitLab (gitlab.com) and Bitbucket Cloud now connect alongside Jira, GitHub, Linear and Azure DevOps. Issues, merge requests and pull requests feed FlowLens, ScopeGuard, Promise and the portfolio, and Firebeam sets up the webhooks itself so changes arrive within seconds wherever you have admin rights, with the 30-minute sync as a backstop everywhere else.

Nuevo

A delivery digest in your Slack channel

Pick a Slack channel and Firebeam posts a short digest there every weekday or once a week: each project's delivery confidence, scope health and blockers, worst first, plus the signals that fired since the last one. It uses no AI, so it costs nothing to run. Set it up under Company settings.

Nuevo

Signals are on from day one

Every workspace now starts with sensible alerts switched on: work piling up in blocked, work that has not moved for a week, scope health slipping below 70, a forecast dropping under 70% confidence, overdue milestones and retro actions left open. They land in the bell, and you can tune them or route them to Slack and email under Alerts.

Corregido

Alerts that never fired now do

Several alert rules could never trigger: blocked and stalled work was matched against one exact status name rather than your tracker's own words, and the forecast alert read from the wrong place. They now use the same data FlowLens and Promise show you.

Corregido

Posting to Slack

Firebeam could not post reports and alerts to Slack channels because the connection lacked permission to write. If you connected Slack before this change, disconnect and connect it again once under Integrations to enable posting.

Nuevo

Portfolio: every project on one screen

A new Portfolio page puts one row per project side by side — delivery confidence and the next milestone from Promise, scope health and drift from ScopeGuard, and blocked work from FlowLens. It answers "which project needs me today" without opening each module in turn: the projects that need attention sort to the top, and the table exports to CSV for a steering deck. It only shows columns for the modules your plan includes.

Mejorado

Sample data that behaves like a real sprint

The sample data now covers two projects instead of one, so the project switcher and the new Portfolio page show what a real workspace looks like. Work is spread across the last eight weeks instead of landing all at once, some items finish in the current week, and each tracked feature carries its user count. Charts, weekly velocity and the activity graph all show realistic movement while you explore.

Corregido

Signing up with a common company name

Creating a workspace failed with a technical error if another workspace already used the same company name. Two teams called "Acme" can now both sign up.

Mejorado

Join your team instead of starting over

If your company already has a Firebeam workspace, signing up with your work email now tells you so and asks you to get an invite from its admin, so your team works from one shared workspace with all its data instead of scattered trials. Personal email addresses (Gmail, Outlook and similar) are not affected.

Mejorado

A clearer free trial

Trial workspaces now come with 40 AI actions for the whole trial (instead of a monthly allowance that reset mid-trial), plus 3 projects, 3 integrations and 5 seats. That is enough to try every module on real data, and the top-bar counter and billing page now say "in your trial" so it is clear what you have left.

Nuevo

See your AI actions at a glance

A counter next to the notification bell now shows how many AI actions your workspace has left this month, turns amber when you are running low and red when they are used up, and links to billing where you can buy a credit pack or change plan. Unlimited plans do not show it.

Mejorado

Change requests and briefing regeneration count as AI actions

Generating a ScopeGuard change request, or regenerating the weekly briefing, now counts toward your plan's monthly AI actions like every other AI feature. If the scope has not changed since the last change request in that language, the existing document is returned instantly instead of being regenerated, so repeat clicks cost nothing. Module suggestions and retro discussion questions stay free but share the same fair-use limits as other AI features.

Nuevo

Get started in 15 minutes

A new step-by-step guide takes you from signing up to reading your first delivery insights in one sitting, with a time budget for every step: create your workspace, connect your tracker, scope a project, read your first FlowLens board and switch on the module you came for. It also spells out what setup involves and exactly what Firebeam reads from your tracker (never source code), so it is just as useful if you are still deciding. Find it under Learn on the website or first in the help center, in all eight languages.

Nuevo

Help center open to everyone, plus a Learn menu

The full help center (getting started, every module guide, integrations, billing and more) can now be read without an account, so you can share a guide with a colleague or evaluate Firebeam before signing up. A new Learn menu on the website collects the getting-started guide, the help center, the module guides and the changelog in one place. Signed-in users still see help inside the app as before.

Mejorado

Changes in GitHub, Jira and Linear show up within seconds

Firebeam now sets up real-time updates with your tracker on its own: close a ticket or merge a pull request and the change reaches your dashboards in seconds instead of waiting for the next background sync. Nothing to configure for GitHub. Jira and Linear workspaces connected earlier need one reconnect under Integrations to switch it on. The 30-minute background sync and the Sync now button keep working as a safety net.

Mejorado

Faster first paint and cleaner copy

Fonts are now served by Firebeam itself instead of a third-party font service, so text appears sooner and no request leaves for Google when you open the app. We also tidied the punctuation of in-app and help-center text in all eight languages, and status labels across the app now share one consistent look.

Mejorado

A real pricing page

The pricing page now answers the questions the cards could not: a full plan-comparison table shows exactly which modules and limits each plan includes (always in sync with the live plans), and a short FAQ covers trials, flat pricing, plan changes and what counts as an AI action.

Mejorado

A sharper, more cohesive look

A visual refresh across the whole app: module colors are now richer, brand-matched tones (same hues, less neon), cards gained subtle depth so pages read less flat, headings, labels and metric numbers follow one consistent type scale, and data tables share one header style with row highlighting on hover. Empty states now pick up each module’s own color.

Julio de 2026

Corregido

Estimate changes now show up in ScopeGuard

ScopeGuard now reads point estimates from Jira, Linear and Azure DevOps, so re-estimated work is detected properly: the “Est. Inflation” filter surfaces items whose estimates ballooned after the baseline was locked, and points-added figures reflect reality. Jira’s story-point field is detected automatically, whichever name your site uses.

Mejorado

Undo a scope decision

Marked a scope change as accepted, rejected or deferred by mistake? Each decided item in ScopeGuard now has an Undo button that clears the verdict and puts the change back to undecided, so you can re-decide it without recreating the baseline.

Corregido

Your logo now shows in weekly digest emails

If you use custom report branding, your company logo now appears reliably at the top of the weekly executive digest email, including in Gmail and Outlook, which previously hid it. Nothing to change on your side; it takes effect on the next digest.

Nuevo

Know the moment a connection needs reconnecting

If an integration stops syncing because its sign-in was revoked or expired, Firebeam now tells you right away: a banner appears at the top of your dashboard naming the connection, and a notification lands in the bell. One click on Reconnect signs you back in and resumes syncing. Your data is untouched. The new "Integrations" help page explains why reconnecting is occasionally needed.

Mejorado

A more complete, illustrated help center

Every part of Firebeam now has an in-app help page with diagrams. The FlowLens guide covers SLA and WIP policies; there are brand-new guides for Alerts & notifications, the weekly briefing and email digests, keyboard search and the command palette, and your account & workspace settings; and the existing module guides go deeper on integrations, ScopeGuard, Stakemaster, UserLens, Together and team roles. Open Help from the sidebar.

Corregido

Clearer “Policies” button in FlowLens

The Policies button in FlowLens now shows a proper icon instead of a tiny glyph, matching the Sync button beside it.

Mejorado

Fresher data, with a “last synced” timestamp

Connected trackers (Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Linear) now sync automatically every 30 minutes instead of once a day, and opening FlowLens or ScopeGuard auto-refreshes the data if it has gone stale. The Sync button shows the refresh, so you see recent changes without clicking anything. Each module’s Sync button now also shows exactly when its data was last refreshed.

Nuevo

Combined participant stats across sessions

When a Together project spans several sessions, the Participants tab now combines each person’s results across every session (their overall average, a per-session breakdown, and a combined skill profile) so you can see how individuals develop over a whole programme, not just one workshop.

Nuevo

Connect Azure DevOps

Azure DevOps is now a supported tracker. Connect your organization to pull work items and iterations into FlowLens, ScopeGuard, Stakemaster and the dashboard (and push suggested items straight to your backlog), just like Jira, GitHub and Linear.

Corregido

Retro voting links work again

Creating a shareable retrospective voting link now works instead of failing. The share token was being generated in an invalid format.

Nuevo

Try Firebeam with no signup

Explore a fully populated demo workspace straight from the landing page: no account, no card. Every module comes pre-filled with a realistic sample project so you can click around before you commit.

Nuevo

Download your data (Growth)

Growth admins can now export a complete backup of their workspace (every project, module, report, and setting) as a single JSON file from Settings. Your data is yours to keep.

Nuevo

Live system status page

A public status page now shows whether Firebeam and its core services are up, with a live health check each time you open it. Find it in the footer.

Mejorado

Fairer plan downgrades

Moving to a smaller plan now takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep everything you paid for until then, there is no charge to switch, and your next invoice is simply at the lower price. You can cancel a scheduled downgrade any time before it applies.

Mejorado

Do more from the billing page

Switch from monthly to annual billing in one click (and save two months), download past invoices as PDFs, and request an Enterprise quote, all self-serve from Settings → Billing.

Nuevo

A guided welcome for new workspaces

Just signed up? A short series of onboarding emails now walks you from connecting your first tracker to seeing live insights, so nobody gets stuck on an empty workspace.

Mejorado

Clearer, more visual help center

Every help topic now includes extra diagrams that explain the trickier concepts at a glance: FlowLens percentiles and aging work, Promise’s confidence simulation, scope drift, per-member access, how AI credits work, and more.

Corregido

Report history shows the correct language

The Language column in Stakemaster report history now reflects the language each report was actually generated in, instead of always showing the audience default.

Nuevo

Buy extra AI actions when you hit your limit

Reached your monthly AI-action cap mid-sprint? Buy a prepaid credit pack right from the billing page and keep generating. No plan change needed. Credits never expire and are only used after your monthly allowance.

Mejorado

Connected trackers now power the whole workspace

When one person connects Jira, GitHub, or Linear, every teammate sees the synced data. Viewers get live read-only dashboards without connecting anything, scoped by the projects and modules their admin allows.

Corregido

Chart tooltips no longer get cut off

Hovering a chart on the dashboard now shows the full tooltip even when the cursor is near a card edge, instead of clipping it.

Mejorado

Consistent module access restrictions

When a member is limited to specific modules, those limits now apply everywhere: the dashboard, the navigation, and direct links all respect them.

Corregido

Creating a project always grants you access

A member restricted to specific projects is now automatically given access to any project they create, instead of being locked out of their own new project.

Mejorado

A clear path to unlock a module

Locked modules now always show a next step: admins get an upgrade or activate button, and anyone else can request access in one click. Your workspace admins are notified in-app and by email, in their own language.

Nuevo

This page: a public roadmap and changelog

See what we are building now, what is next, and everything that has shipped since Firebeam started.

Nuevo

Whitelabel reports for Growth & Enterprise

Hide Firebeam branding on everything you share externally (stakeholder reports, delivery-confidence pages, and exported PDFs) and optionally show your own logo instead. Find it under Company settings → Report branding.

Nuevo

Firebeam now speaks 8 languages

Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish join English, Swedish, German, French, and Spanish, across the whole product, help center, legal pages, and emails. Switch anytime from the user menu or the language button on this site.

Mejorado

Share links now unfurl properly

Pasting a shared report or milestone link into Slack, Teams, or LinkedIn now shows a proper preview card instead of a blank box.

Mejorado

Clearer billing communication

Trials now show a countdown in the app and email you before they end, and failed payments trigger a heads-up with time to fix the card before anything is locked.

Nuevo

Two-factor authentication

Protect your account with an authenticator app (TOTP). Enable it under Settings → Security.

Mejorado

A much more capable command palette

⌘K now switches projects, changes language, starts the product tour, invites teammates, and jumps to any page or help topic, with real icons and keyboard-first navigation.

Mejorado

Guided tour for new workspaces

First sign-in now offers a short spotlight tour of the dashboard, navigation, and onboarding checklist. Restart it anytime from Help → Getting started.

Nuevo

In-app help center

Full guides for every module, integrations, projects, and billing, localized in every app language.

Nuevo

Public pricing page and legal center

Pricing got its own page with live plan limits, alongside terms, privacy, DPA, and security pages.

Nuevo

Explore with sample data

Start your workspace with a realistic demo project that populates all seven modules. No integrations needed, removable with one click.

Junio de 2026

Nuevo

Weekly executive digest

A localized weekly email that rolls up delivery signals across modules for the recipients you choose. It follows your timezone, the week starts on Monday, and you schedule it under Admin → Settings.

Nuevo

ScopeGuard opens baselines for you

ScopeGuard can now open a draft baseline automatically when a Jira sprint starts, a GitHub milestone opens or a Linear cycle begins, set per project. Baselines also get a proper lifecycle: once a sprint or release is over, its baseline is closed and kept for reference.

Mejorado

Change requests that reach the right approvers

Email a ScopeGuard change request straight from the app and pick the approvers for each one from your project contacts. Change requests can be written in any app language, and a request that has already been written is shown instantly instead of being generated again.

Nuevo

Scope breaches update forecasts and draft the message

When a locked baseline’s scope health drops past its alert threshold, Firebeam re-runs the Promise forecasts for that project’s open milestones and, for any milestone whose confidence also falls below 70%, drafts a Stakemaster change request for you to review.

Nuevo

Configurable alert rules, by email too

Admins can now set up alert rules per module with their own thresholds, and every user chooses which alerts they also want by email.

Nuevo

Project contacts and project colors

Keep each project’s stakeholders in one place, each with a role, and use them as recipients for Stakemaster reports. Projects can also get their own icon and color so they are easy to tell apart in the switcher.

Nuevo

Per-member access control

Restrict teammates to specific projects and modules: consultants see their client project, nothing else.

Mejorado

Everything follows the active project

Reports, briefings, schedules, forecast accuracy and module views now scope consistently to the project you have selected.

Mejorado

Clearer charts and a calmer Stakemaster

Charts across the app show hover tooltips with exact values, legends that stay out of the way and readable axis labels. Stakemaster remembers your last report settings, shows icons for templates, audiences and languages, and confirms delivery with a clear success or error message.

Mejorado

Smoother checkout and payment management

Update your payment method in-app, clearer plan changes, and a more reliable checkout flow.

Mayo de 2026

Nuevo

Global search

Press ⌘K to search projects, reports, retro themes, and work items from anywhere.

Nuevo

Assignments: one task list across modules

Your action items from retros, promises, and modules collected in a single personal and team view.

Nuevo

Notification center

A bell in the top bar now collects every alert and assignment that concerns you, and each notification links straight to the place it is about, such as the exact retro session.

Nuevo

Forecast accuracy: your delivery track record

Promise now tracks promised vs. delivered dates over time and gives you a shareable proof page for stakeholders. What-if scenarios recalculate faster, so you can drag the sliders and watch the forecast follow.

Mejorado

FlowLens filters and drill-down

Filter FlowLens by assignee, priority, label or stage and every chart, table and number narrows with you. Click a stage to see the exact items behind it, and large tables now page instead of scrolling forever.

Mejorado

Retro action items with owners and due dates

Assign retro action items to real teammates, who are notified right away, and give them a due date. Firebeam reminds owners when an action item is overdue.

Nuevo

Cross-module insights on the dashboard

Firebeam correlates signals between modules: scope growth against confidence drops, blockers against cycle time.

Mejorado

Branded report PDFs and emails

Stakemaster reports carry your company name, logo, and brand color in exports and outbound email. Set them under Company settings.

Mejorado

Revoke shared links

Shared Promise and Stakemaster links can now be revoked at any time, so a link you sent once does not stay open forever.

Mejorado

Getting-started checklist

New workspaces get a dashboard checklist that walks through connecting a tracker, creating a project, and activating modules.

Nuevo

Enterprise plan

Larger organisations can now choose an Enterprise plan alongside the self-serve plans, with an improved billing page and checkout.

Abril de 2026

Nuevo

Promise: delivery confidence you can defend

Monte-Carlo forecasts for every milestone from your real ticket history: a confidence percentage and P50/P85 dates. Track commitments made to stakeholders, plan around holidays and time off with capacity blocks, get an AI explanation of the biggest risks, and share a read-only forecast link.

Nuevo

Retro: retrospectives that stick

Collect input, let AI group it into themes with a team health score and a summary, and turn outcomes into tracked action items. Facilitator mode guides the meeting, the team votes on themes from a shared link, and a decision log and quality rating keep each retro honest.

Nuevo

FlowLens: SLA policies and WIP limits

Set how many days each type of work may take and how many items each stage may hold. FlowLens flags breaches with banners at the top of the page, so you see problems before they turn into missed dates.

Nuevo

Weekly briefing on the dashboard

The dashboard opens with a short weekly briefing of the signals that matter across your modules, and you can regenerate it whenever you need a fresh read.

Mejorado

Together: present live and share results

Present Together statistics and participant results full screen in a meeting, let people join an assessment with a QR code, and run phases anonymously when honest answers matter. Share read-only result pages, with separate links for statistics and participants.

Mejorado

ScopeGuard shows the cost of new scope

ScopeGuard now estimates how many weeks added scope will push delivery, based on the team’s own velocity.

Nuevo

Reports to Slack and Confluence

Post Stakemaster reports to a Slack channel of your choice or publish them to a Confluence space, and preview and edit a report before it goes out. PDFs now include charts and come out in the report’s own language.

Nuevo

Backlog items in Linear and Notion

UserLens can now add action-plan items to your backlog in Linear and Notion as well as Jira and GitHub.

Nuevo

Alerts across modules

Alerts for SLA breaches, exceeded WIP limits and falling scope health, posted to Slack so the team hears about them where it already talks.

Nuevo

Subscriptions and plans

Self-serve monthly or annual billing with a 30-day full-access trial.

Marzo de 2026

Nuevo

Stakemaster: AI reports your stakeholders actually read

Generate audience-tailored status reports from your live delivery data, in the language you choose. Reports include charts, export to PDF and can be shared with a link.

Nuevo

UserLens: product signals meet the backlog

Connect PostHog, Google Analytics 4 or Plausible and see which features people actually use. UserLens matches your backlog against that usage, plans versions around it, writes an AI action plan you can rate, and adds items to your Jira or GitHub backlog in one click.

Nuevo

GitHub and Slack integrations

GitHub issues and pull requests now feed Firebeam next to Jira and Linear, and Slack joins as the place where Firebeam delivers to your team.

Mejorado

Your date format, everywhere

Choose how dates are shown for your workspace, and every page and report follows it.

Febrero de 2026

Nuevo

ScopeGuard: catch scope creep early

Lock a baseline of what was agreed, and ScopeGuard takes a nightly snapshot to show exactly what was added, removed or changed since, with a scope health score. AI sorts each change by type, you mark it accepted, rejected or deferred, and an AI-written change request is ready when it is time to renegotiate.

Diciembre de 2025

Nuevo

FlowLens: see how work really flows

Cycle time and its weekly trend, throughput, and how work spreads across stages, straight from your tracker data. Aging work in progress shows how long each item has been open and when it last moved, so stale and blocked work stands out, and a team breakdown shows load per person.

Nuevo

Jira and Linear integrations

Connect Jira or Linear and link each Firebeam project to the boards and teams it covers. Firebeam syncs the work in the background into one normalized delivery picture.

Noviembre de 2025

Nuevo

Together: map what your team knows

Run knowledge assessments where participants rate themselves across the knowledge areas you define. Statistics and per-participant views show where expertise is deep and where it is thin, and assessments can be split into sub-assessments for larger programmes.

Nuevo

Firebeam is born

Workspaces, team management with roles and invitations, a design system built for delivery data, and the first module foundations. Light and dark themes, in English, Swedish, German, French and Spanish.
