Weekly briefing & digests
A short, plain-language read on what changed across every module this week.
The weekly briefing is an AI-written recap that pulls the week's most important movements from every module into a few sentences, with links straight to the detail. It lives as a card on your dashboard, and admins can send the same recap to stakeholders as a scheduled email digest.
What the briefing is
Instead of opening each module to see what moved, the briefing gathers the week's signals (FlowLens velocity and blocked rate, Promise's lowest milestone confidence, ScopeGuard health and change count, recurring retro themes, reports Stakemaster sent) and writes a short narrative that tells you what actually changed and where to look. It is scoped to your active project selection and written in your interface language.
Reading your weekly briefing
On the dashboard, the briefing card leads with a couple of sentences of narrative, with module names as inline links you can click to jump straight there. Below it, a small set of signal tiles shows the headline metrics and which way each moved this week: green for a good move, red for a bad one. It is meant to be read in fifteen seconds and act as a launchpad into the modules.
Signals and correlations
The briefing does more than list numbers: it looks for connections between them (a velocity dip that lines up with a rise in blocked work, or scope changes that coincide with falling confidence). Those correlations are what turn a set of metrics into a story worth reading, and they surface the cause behind a symptom rather than just the symptom.
The executive email digest
Admins can turn the same recap into a weekly email for stakeholders who never log in. Under Company settings, switch the digest on and choose the day, time, timezone and recipient list (up to fifty addresses, including people outside your workspace). It sends once a week, in the language of the admin who set it up, and carries your company's logo and brand colour.
Keeping it current
The briefing is cached for a day and refreshes on its own, so it always reflects the last full week without re-computing on every visit. Switch the active project and it recomputes for that scope; change your language and it is rewritten in the new one. There is also a Regenerate control if you want the very latest read on demand.
